NZ DELIVERY POLICY FOR CONSUMERS (Skin care products)
- We use NZPost.co.nz. Once your order is sent, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- $10 flat rate NZ Post with tracking for all orders up to $498 – 4-7 business days
- Complimentary courier with tracking for orders $499 or greater – 1-3 business days
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- Orders will generally be sent the business day following the order placement. Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.
- Ashley Aesthetics does not guarantee same-day delivery.
- Orders are sent on business days only and are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Courier delivery methods may require a signature upon delivery.
- Ashley Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS
- Prior authorisation is required on all returns.
- Our team is available Monday through Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. You can contact our team by clicking here or via phone 020 4080 2217.
- Returned items are subject to inspection. All promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
- We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase.
