I am registered with the Royal NZ College of GPs and adhere’s to their Code of Ethics. I am also a full member of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note any cancellations (or late rescheduling) made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be incur a cancellation fee of $50. To avoid this fee, ensure you cancel or reschedule your booked appointment with at least 24 hours notice. For example, a 12pm booking on Thursday, would need to be cancelled or reschedule before 12pm on the day before (Wednesday). Clients on our waiting list require sufficient advance notice to fill any cancellation spaces.
In the event of an emergency, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the Practitioner.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for most appointments and is used towards the total. The rest of your payment is required at the end of your appointment.
Payment plans with 50% deposit can be arranged on a case-by-case basis prior to your appointment.
Should payment not be received following repeated requests and within reasonable time frames, Baycorp Debt Collection agency will be employed to seek payment. Fees arising from the debt collection will be added to the cost owing by the client.
PRIVACY
Confidentiality is essential and always rigorously maintained. Breaking of confidentiality is only permitted if a client gives permission.
REFERRAL CREDITS
Refer a new patient to Ashley Aesthetics and you could earn a $50 credit on your account here.
To qualify for a referral credit, your referred friend must receive a treatment during their visit. We kindly ask that they mention your name on the day of their appointment, as we are unable to take referrals retrospectively.
Please note that only treatments, not consultations, are eligible for referral credits. Thank you for your understanding.
